드림투어 - 취소 및 환불 규정
인터넷상에서 예약취소나 수정은 불가능하며, 예약취소나 여행자정보 변경을 원하시면 반드시 예약을 진행한 담당자에게 연락을 주셔야 합니다.
여행자의 여행계약 해제 요청이 있는 경우 여행약관에 의거 소정의 환불 챠지(charge)가 발생할 수 있습니다.
단, 개인의 부주의와 지병에 의한 부상, 질병, 사망, 분실 및 천재지변으로 인한 일정취소 및 변경사항 등은 본사의 책임이 없습니다.

🔔 Reservation Cancellation & Change Policy

🚫 Refund Policy for Trip Cancellation (Based on Travel Terms & Conditions)
- 50 days before departure: 5% cancellation fee
- 30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 7 days before departure: 80% cancellation fee
- 2 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
※ Cancellation fees apply even in cases of personal reasons, illness, loss, or natural disasters.
※ Airfare, train tickets, and cruises are non-refundable after issuance.
✈ Airline Ticket Cancellation Policy
- Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Air Premia:
Cancellations/changes/refunds allowed after payment (penalty, fare difference, and Dream Tour service fee apply). - Other international airlines:
Many fares are non-changeable/non-refundable depending on fare rules. Please confirm fare conditions at the time of booking.
🚢 Cruise Cancellation Policy (General guideline — actual policy depends on the cruise line and “Dream Cruise Application”)
- 14 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee
- 7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 5 days before departure: 60% cancellation fee
- 4–2 days before departure: 80% cancellation fee
- 1 day before or on the departure date (including no-shows): 100% cancellation fee (No refund)※ For airline, train, and cruise reservations, a 100% penalty applies once the deposit is made.
✅ Cancellation Requests & Important Notes
- Cancellations are only accepted during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM).
- You must confirm with your assigned travel agent at the booking location.
- No refund will be provided for unused travel segments.
- If canceled after credit card payment, a card fee (8%) will be charged to the customer.

✈ 항공권 취소 규정
▶ 대한항공, 아시아나, 에어프레미아: 결제 후 변경/취소/환불 가능 (패널티 및 운임 차액 + 드림투어 수수료 발생)
▶ 외국 항공사: 항공권 조건에 따라 변경/취소/환불 불가한 경우가 많습니다. 예약 시 꼭 조건 확인 바랍니다.
🚢 크루즈 취소 규정 (일반적인 기준이며, 실제는 각 크루즈사 및 “드림 크루즈 신청서”에 따름)
▶ 출발 14일 전: 20%
▶ 출발 7일 전: 50%
▶ 출발 5일 전: 60%
▶ 출발 4~2일 전: 80%
▶ 출발 1일 전~당일(노쇼 포함): 100% (환불 없음)
※ 항공, 기차, 크루즈는 예약금 납부 후 100% 패널티 적용됩니다
✅ 취소 접수 및 유의사항
▶ 근무일(월~금 9:30am~5pm) 내에만 취소 요청 접수 가능합니다.
▶ 반드시 예약한 지점의 담당 직원과 확인 필수
▶ 부분 사용/미사용 구간은 환불되지 않음
▶ 카드 결제 후 취소 시, 카드 수수료(8%)는 고객 부담
